This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for BetterNature merchandise.
1. Donations vs. Purchases
Please note that donations to BetterNature are considered final contributions to support our environmental work and are not refundable. Merchandise purchases, however, are subject to this refund policy.
2. Refundable Items and Conditions
2a. Unopened and Unworn Merchandise
You may return unopened and unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
2b. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3a. Opened or Worn Merchandise
We cannot accept returns for opened or worn merchandise unless the item is damaged or defective.
3b. Items Purchased Outside the Return Window
We cannot accept returns for items purchased outside the 30-day window.
3c. Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
